Our Elks Lodge has given out at least 9 Home-starting kits to Homeless Vets in our area who have been placed in housing by MACV. Pictured here is George who we recently fitted up with a kit. Sue Foster and Paul Fitzgerald were happy to deliver the kit to him. Sue and Paul are part of a great group of Elks who have been working diligently on this. Thanks for helping care for our Vets.

We recently collaborated with Catholic Charities to collect warm winter clothing for our communities disadvantaged people. Lots of helpers pictured were from other organizations who pitched in to help. Thanks to Jen Rose (far right) for once again coordinating this effort for our Elks Lodge and to any of you that helped or donated items.
ER Matt Skinner, on behalf of Rochester Elks 1091 Veterans Services Committee, presented a check for $2250 to the DAV in support of their annual hunting trip for Veterans. Receiving the check is Steve Yngsdal, DAV Commander.

The staff of First Tee joined the Elks to celebrate a successful Hole in One Golf Shootout Event. They presented the major sponsor of the event - Eagle Rock Bank - Represented by Keely Hruska, the framed "Thank You" signed by all the youth indibiduals who work with the program.
